We grade and enforce compliance on our farms with respect to the way in which we maintain our facilities, as well as in the way we care for our pigs and ensure their welfare throughout their lives. The processing, distribution, and retail aspects of our operation must comply with the standards set forth by Eskort, who regularly audit our operations to ensure absolute compliance.

We have in place a quality control programme designed to cover every aspect of the value chain. The farm to fork philosophy includes monitoring of each step in the process, including production, post-harvesting, processing, distribution, marketing, and retail of our products. 

As a supplier to Eskort, we meet and exceed the standards and requirements laid out by the industry, and do so in collaboration with our client.
